CAS has rendered an award that partially upholds the appeal that the team isportlaw filed on behalf of the Kuwait Shooting Federation against the decision of the Kuwait Sports Arbitral Tribunal. This tribunal had previously awarded certain amounts in favour of the Kuwaiti shooter Mr. Fahaid Al Deehani. The CAS award thoroughly reviewed the contested decision and provided detailed reasons for its judgement.
